On the occasion of the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of the Lao Peoples Revolutionary Party, the Party of Communists USA sent a greetings message:

The Party of Communists USA (PCUSA) sends greetings to the occasion of the Lao Peoples Revolutionary Party (LPRP) for the occasion of its 70th Anniversary.
We congratulate the leadership of the LPRP on the successful national liberation of Laos and its continuous self-governance under the Lao Peoples Government.
The LPRP, guided by the eternal science of Marxism-Leninism, is a shining beacon of resilience and defiance against the enemies of the Lao peoples, and the peoples of Asia as a whole. The successful national liberation of the Lao peoples against French, Japanese, and American imperialism is a testament to the unwavering support and commitment of the Lao peoples to organize under the LPRP as a force for good in the world.
The PCUSA stands in solidarity with the LPRP and the Lao peoples in their struggle against US imperialism, and we look forward to the continued success of the Lao Peoples Democratic Republic for years to come.
