PSMLS Endorses US-Cuba Normalization Conference

By Kamryn Stringfield, National Director of the Peoples School for Marxist-Leninist Studies (PSMLS).

Statement from the National Director of the Peoples School for Marxist-Leninist Studies:

The Peoples School for Marxist-Leninist Studies joins over 60 organizations in endorsing the International US-Cuba Normalization Conference that will be occurring in New York City, New York on March 11th and March 12th at the Fordham University School of Law. I myself, the National Director of the PSMLS, will be there in attendance as a representative of the Peoples School for Marxist-Leninist Studies and the LGBT+ Commission of the Party of Communists USA, and I’m very excited to meet the leaders of this movement and see what the PSMLS can do to support them and Cuba itself in this struggle.

We stand in constant solidarity with the Cuban people and the socialist state of Cuba itself against the unjust imperialist aggression by the United States in the form of the embargo, the blockade, the sanctions, the classification of Cuba as a “state-sponsor of terrorism”, the promotion of color revolution in Cuba and the military occupation of Guantanamo Bay. We stand in defense of Cuba, its revolution and its people.

Therefore we echo all the demands of the International US-Cuba Normalization Conference and pledge our support to their campaigns. So let me end by echoing their own words, “Let’s educate, organize, and mobilize against Washington’s brutal and criminal economic and political war against Cuba!
