Bill of Rights Journal Archive Now Available!

The Bill of Rights Journal was a periodical publication of the National Emergency Civil Liberties Committee (NECLC).

The NECLC emerged in 1951 during the era of McCarthyism to defend the civil liberties of all Americans, including American Communists. The NECLC served as an alternative to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which expelled members who were affiliated with the Communist Party USA (CPUSA) beginning in 1940.

Newly available selected issues of the journal can now be found on the American Archive of Marxism-Leninism. They can be accessed here: https://leninists.org/index.php/Bill_of_Rights_Journal .
